Ironwood Station is a beautiful historic railway station located in Ironwood, Michigan. Built in 1892 at the cost of $18,000, this brick station replaced the original wooden one and became a symbol of the town's boom era. The station features stunning Romanesque Revival architecture with sandstone slabs, a multi-level hipped roof, and large curved wooden brackets. Today, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is home to the Ironwood Area Historical Society.
